What payment options do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of payment options, including:

Do you really have components on hand?
Yes, we do. You can contact sales to request a proof of inventory image. email@example.com
When can I expect to receive my purchase?
If you purchased directly from our inventory (ships in 10 business days option) then you should expect to receive a notification with a tracking number within 10 business days. If you selected the 60 calendar day option you will need to wait until the next inventory batch arrives before we ship.
What motherboard / CPU / GPU / memory / components do you use?
We don't publish the bill of materials for any of our units.
Do you accept crypto currency X?
Please see "What payment options do you offer?" for a full range of accepted crypto currencies. We only accept major currencies.
Do you ship internationally?
In general, yes, we do ship internationally. However please verify with sales that we can ship to your country. We cannot under any circumstance ship to the following countries:
Cuba, Iran, Lebanon, Syria, North Korea, Libya, Sudan, Somalia.
Are you a legit business?
We've been in business since 2012, have several full time employees, and our customers include some of the largest companies in the world. You don't have to worry about us.
Do you offer software support?
Currently we do not offer any software support or integration services. However, if you place a large enough order we are more than happy to discuss this with you. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
